What exactly is "the right way"? Whatever way helps you, the client, to maximise the return on your investment. If you need a straightforward translation that sticks strictly to the source text, that is what Suretext will give you. If you have a less-than-perfect German text that needs reviewing and improvement as well as translation, that's what you'll get. Or if you want to take a text with lots of culture-specific elements (like advertising copy) and completely adapt it to an English-speaking culture - we can do that too.
Communication is a key element of Suretext's work. Orla builds a relationship with each client, and personally sees each job through every stage - from the initial request to timely completion of the translation itself to handling post-delivery inquiries and modifications. Because Orla does the translation work herself, there is no middle-man – she can immediately give you a progress report or other information at any stage of the job, or directly incorporate your changes or comments.
